IAMPS 2011: Coping With Constraints
Call for Papers: Publication
Papers of authors presenting at the symposium will be published on the papers page of this web site after the symposium. We also plan to publish printed proceedings of IAMPS 2011.
Paper Formatting Instructions
Papers have to be submitted in English in electronic form as Microsoft Word compatible documents or Rich Text files (.doc, .docx, .rtf).
The title may not exceed 10 words.
To ease the publication process, authors are requested to strictly follow the rules described below:
Format:
DIN A4 (letter 8.5 x 11 inches) portrait
Font:
Times New Roman (TNR) 12 pt.
Margins:
Left and right 2.5cm (or 1 inch); top and bottom 3cm (1.25 inches)
Text:
Full justification, single spacing, single column
Pages:
No header, footer or company logo. The number of pages is not limited. However, we recommend 5 or 6 pages in length, and a maximum of 10 pages when using graphics and tables
Language:
English
Graphics and Tables:
Included in the text.
Title:
Capitals TNR 14pt./bold/Centred/Single spacing
Authors:
TNR 12pt./Italics/Centred/Spacing up 12 pt and Down 0pt.
Affiliation:
One space down/TNR 12pt/Centred/ Spacing Up 6 pt. And Down 12pt. (full address and email)
Titles:
1st level: justified left/TNR 12pt./Upper case/bold
2nd level: justified left/TNR 12pt./Lower case/bold
3rd level: justified left/TNR 12pt./Lower case/italics
Paragraph:
Standard indentation 1.25 (1/2 inch)
Photos, Figures and Tables:
Numbering per section/Reference in text as (Fig.1) or (Table 1). Figures and Photos: caption below to the left/Tables: caption above to the left.
References:
Ordered alphabetically by first author. American Psychological Association (APA) format.
Clearances
Authors are responsible for obtaining any clearances required by their organizations, in advance of their submissions.
